Returns
Each item is handmade and unique with no two items being exactly alike.  Due to the nature of leather, the color and details of the item you receive may not match the exact item seen on the web site.  Each item is photographed to best represent its size and color.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange it for an item of equal value or for a store credit. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs of returned item.

We only accept unused products and maintain the right to refuse any item that shows signs of wear.  We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of each product. 

If you have questions, comments, or issues, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Your satisfaction is important to us!

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
